Welcome to my portfolio. If you are trying to find a new-coming and ambitious Game Developer/Animator then you are searching in the right place.

3D animator and modeler with a lot of animation experience in Unity and Blender. Online I am referred to by Dex, or Dexstar.

All of my projects that I have developed have been made/worked on purely just through passion and for fun. I typically have a lot of time on my hands to work and enjoy developing. A proper work week for me consists of Tuesdays to Fridays depending on my school schedule and family vacation times if I’m ever out of town.

I have a particular interest in creating Monster-like models, and environment assets. I have always had a fascination with Dinosaurs and Godzilla, so that is where it may have come from. I really enjoy animating things I make too, So I often see myself as a one man studio sometimes. Creating entire animated models in Blender for Unity games from scratch. (I think I make a good member for a small dev team!). Towards the end of development, I always get thrilled to see how the final product turns out in-game!

I will admit however, that one of my only weaknesses when it comes to any kind of game development, is programming. I have never had the upper hand when it comes to coding, and although I have made some scripts following online tutorials in my previous years, It is definitely not enough to make my own shaders or games. Because of this, I really like to think of myself as a better graphical unit (3D Generalist), rather than programming unit.

Although I have a lot of experience with Unity and Blender together, I am still relatively new to actual game development. I will not let this hold me back from performing my absolute best, however. I have worked on teams before too, so I will try to make everything I do less stressful for my co-workers as well as provide feedback for them to assure good quality is brought over all.
